Mr. Ramesh Dhakal is Joint Secretary at Election Commission Nepal.

Mr. Surya Prasad Aryal is an Under Secretary and Assistant Spokesperson at Election Commission Nepal.

Dr. Thaneshwar Bhusal is an undersecretary of the Election Commission of Nepal. He holds a PhD in Political Science and Policy Studies from Australia, with extensive research experience in Nepal's participatory governance, local democracy, and federalism. He has participated in several international conferences, presented his research across a range of international academic platforms, hence recognised with a number of domestic and international awards.

Mr. Guragain, holding an MA in Anthropology from Nepal and MA In International Relations from Japan, is a Section Officer of the Government of Nepal currently serving in the Election Commission. He has been in civil service for 12 years holding experiences in the areas of democracy, elections, security and local administration. He also writes for journals and papers.

Mr. Shrawan Kumar Luitel is Section Officer at Election Commission Nepal.

Mr. Suresh Basaula is Computer Engineer at Election Commission Nepal.

Mr. Khagendra Adhikari is Senior Assistant at Election Commission Nepal.

Mr. Diwas Pant possesses extensive experience as a Computer Operator at the Election Commission Nepal, where he specializes in elections, ERM Tool operations, geospatial data analysis, database management, and presentation skills. Before his tenure at ECN, he served as an Electoral Risk Management (ERM) Tool Instructor at International IDEA, providing valuable assistance to numerous Election Management Bodies (EMBs) in Asia and the Pacific, and Africa in the deployment and utilization of the ERM Tool. Pant is proficient in English, Hindi, and Nepali languages.

Mr. Sumesh Shrestha is a computer operator at Election Commission Nepal.

Dr. Shrestha is a development economist with expertise in federalism and good governance. His substantial contributions include human rights & democracy, policy research & advocacy, and strategic liaising & networking with CSOs and think tanks. Having over 15 years of professional experience working with civil society and promoting civic space in Nepal and beyond, he has significant involvement in the issues of electoral governance, GEDSI, forced & labor migration, women & child rights, peace & justice, poverty alleviation & equity, markets & institutions, and national development.

Ms. Bhattarai, holding an MA in Mass Communication and Journalism, is a program officer at Nepal Law Society and GEOC Nepal. She has been in the Civil Society of Nepal from past 7 years holding experience in the area of Election, democracy, good-governance, GEDSI and human rights.

Mr. Richard Adhikari is an Office Assistant at Election Commission Nepal
